Announcement From Andrea Rabold, Executive Director, Mirror Image Arts:

After more than a decade with Mirror Image Arts, I recently submitted my resignation to the board in order to begin a new journey with my family that will move us out of Colorado and to Maine. I can’t believe it! Yet, it’s true and good. While I have a wild bag of mixed emotions as I move into this next chapter of my life, I am excited to continue in the work that has become so important to me: creating spaces of belonging and coaching professionals to be the best version of themselves while leading teams to be successful in their business. The decision for my transition did not come easily. After leading and embodying Mirror Image Arts’ story for so long and talking for so many hours about the vision, dreams, goals, pursuits, celebrations, challenges, and hardships…it is time. Time to step aside and support the next generation of powerful leadership that will guide her on the next leg of her beautiful journey.

I am so unbelievably proud of all that we (our staff, board, community partners, young people, and you, Mirror Image Arts’ beloved community) have accomplished over the years. In my heart, I knew when I accepted the role of Executive Director that this journey would profoundly change my life and set me on the path I was supposed to go down. The one that would enable me to experience my soul’s purpose. All that happened and more. As I sit here writing these words, tears flow freely as I see the many faces of support that got us to this moment. It really did take a village, and I am so grateful that you believed in the vision of Mirror Image Arts and that you joined me. I will always hold the relationships I’ve built during my time as Executive Director deep within my heart.

I am so honored to have been the leader of this incredible organization. I will watch with much excitement and anticipation as it continues disrupting, elevating youth voices, and creating a more just society for all.

All my best,
Andrea Rabold, Executive Director, Mirror Image Arts
