Program Coordinator
We are seeking a part-time Program Coordinator (up to 15 hours a week). This position will report to a Your Voice Program Manager. A person who works at MIA needs to wholeheartedly believe every young person is an asset to our community, deserves a clean slate and that their choices do not define who they are.
Responsibilities will include serving as a Restorative Theatre facilitator and performer for programs in education and youth legal system, devising new theatrical works, program development and coordination, partnership building and collaboration, supporting evaluation efforts, and fundraising.

Board Member
How can you best use your talents to be the change you wish to see in the world? As a board member for Mirror Image Arts, we will utilize your strengths and abilities to do powerful work in the community. You will participate in the strategy and vision of where we are headed, and you will engage in advocacy efforts that ensure the value of the work spreads.
We’re looking for talented, forward-thinking, generous, and energetic people to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline with us. Board members are actively involved in organizational governance. They are expected to attend monthly board meetings, make a personally significant financial contribution, and support and grow the organization through networking and partnership building with mission-aligned individuals and organizations.
